    Developed/manufactured intake and exhaust flame-trap assemblies meeting MSHA stringent requirements.  E.A.O. Services, Inc. was instrumental from initial blank-sheet design criteria through the design of the equipment/tooling and manufacture to world market release.

  • Flash coming out of a running machine with nuts

    E.A.O. Services, Inc. has been successful in the reverse engineering and manufacture of several obsolete components for the US mining industry. One example is a gear-case designed in the 1950’s that had been obsolete since the 1970’s. E.A.O. Services, Inc. manufactured a new unit meeting original OEM requirements, giving industry the ability to extend the life of much needed equipment.

  • A drilling machine running at a high speed

    E.A.O. Services, Inc. continues to be involved in the design/manufacture of proprietary, custom equipment for a local composites company. Through our partnership with that company, we facilitated the application of a customer’s theoretical process from conceptual design to manufacture in house and finally, assembly on-site of completed machinery ready for operation at customer’s facility.
